Refund policy

Introduction

At GOODTHREADS, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange facility subject to the following terms and

conditions.

1. Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in original condition.

• Original tags, labels, packaging and accessories must be intact.

• Product must be free from stains, perfumes, deodorants, makeup marks, alterations or signs of use.

• Product must pass our quality inspection.

GOODTHREADS reserves the right to reject any exchange request if these conditions are not met.

2. Eligible Reasons for Exchange

• Wrong size received.

• Wrong product received.

• Damaged or defective product.

• Manufacturing defect.

For damaged/incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Clearance, end-of-season or Final Sale products.

• Customized or altered products.

• Innerwear/personal-use items (if applicable).

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

4. Exchange Process

1. Contact customer support with your order number.

2. Share the reason and photos (if required).

3. Verification by our team.

4. Pickup/return instructions shared upon approval.

5. Exchange processed after quality inspection.

5. Exchange Options

• Exchange for another size (subject to availability).

• Exchange for another product of equal value.

• Upgrade to a higher-value product by paying the difference.

• If replacement value is lower, the balance will be issued as GOODTHREADS Store Credit. No cash refund for

the difference.

6. Exchange Shipping Charges

• First size exchange may attract a nominal shipping charge.

• GOODTHREADS bears shipping charges for incorrect or defective products.

• Customer-preference exchanges (size/colour/design) may attract shipping charges.

7. Product Availability

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose another available product, pay the difference for a

higher-value product, or receive GOODTHREADS Store Credit.

8. Store Credit

• Valid for 6 months.

• Non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Redeemable only on GOODTHREADS purchases.

9. Quality Inspection

Every returned product undergoes quality inspection. Products failing inspection due to use, damage, missing

tags or hygiene concerns will not qualify for exchange and may be returned to the customer.

10. Cancellation of Exchange Request

GOODTHREADS may reject requests due to incorrect information, failed inspection, requests beyond the

exchange period, or non-compliance with this policy.

11. Important Notes

• Exchange requests cannot be modified once replacement has been dispatched.

• Colour variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

• Minor variations in embroidery, print placement or handcrafted work are natural and not manufacturing defects.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and stock availability.
