GoodThreads – Shipping Policy

We want your GoodThreads order to reach you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship pan-India, to all serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will see a message at checkout, or we will contact you after you place your order.
2. Shipping Charges

3. Payment Method
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. All orders must be paid for in full at checkout using the payment options provided on our website.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically process and dispatch it within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is usually faster than to remote or rural areas.
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier network issues, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order number, and we will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
9. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for how to report it and what happens next.

Processing and delivery timelines are estimates, based on common industry practice for similar D2C fashion brands. If your actual courier partner (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.) gives you specific SLAs, it's worth replacing these ranges with their confirmed numbers so the policy matches reality.

Prepaid-only note: Since COD isn't offered, some customers may ask why. You don't need to justify it in the policy, but your support team should have a simple, consistent answer ready (e.g., "we currently only accept secure prepaid payments to keep things fast and simple").

Payment gateway alignment: Prepaid-only businesses are generally viewed favourably by gateways since it reduces fraud/RTO risk — this shipping policy paired with your damage-only return policy should present a clean, low-risk profile during onboarding.
